Ingredients:
1 head (4 c.) shredded cabbage (fine)
3-4 green onions chopped (opitional)
2 pkg. ramen noodles (save the pkg. of seasoning)
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. Sugar
1/4 C. Oil (vegatable or olive)
1/4 - 1/2 c. Sunflower Seeds (toasted)
Instructions:
Put 2 packages of seasoning in a bowl
add: 1/4 c. oil & 1/4 c. vinegar & 1/4 c. sugar.
Mix well and pour it over your cabbage and crushed noodles and sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
