Ingredients:
1/2 head cabbage coarsely sliced
1 medium potato diced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds if desired
1 large onion halved, sliced thin
1 1/2 pounds Polish sausage to 2 pounds cut into 1 inch pieces
1 can chicken broth-14 oz.
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in crock pot, mixing well. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
