Ingredients:
3 pounds beef rump roast to 4 pounds
1 can sliced mushrooms-4 oz.
1 package spaghetti sauce seasoning mix-1 1/2 oz.
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 onion diced
1 can tomato sauce-8 oz.
2 Tbls. butter melted
2 Tbls. flour
2 Tbls. tomato paste
Instructions:
Season roast with garlic salt. Place in crock pot or crock pot. Add mushrooms drained and onion. Combine seasoning mix and tomato sauce. Pour over all. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours. To thicken gravy, make a paste of 2 Tbls. melted butter and 2 Tbls. flour. Add 2 Tbls. tomato paste. Stir into meat drippings in bottom of crock pot. Cover and cook on high approximately 30 minutes or until thickened.
