Ingredients:
4 pounds beef roast
2 onions
2 garlic cloves
1 celery stalk
2 oz. bacon
Flour as needed
Seasonings to taste
Instructions:
Process into a paste one of the onions, garlic, celery, and bacon. Flour the roast. Rub roast with the paste. Slice other onion, place in bottom of pot. Set roast on the onion. Cover and cook crock pot on low for 10 to 12 hours.
