  CUCUMBER IN SOUR CREAM

Ingredients:
1 large cucumber
1 C. sour cream
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
Instructions:
Peel the cucumber. Run times of a fork lengthwise over the cucumber and cut crosswise into thin slices. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over sliced cucumber. Marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature. Serves 4.
