Ingredients:
1 pt. crushed corn
2 eggs
1 C. flour or cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
milk to moisten
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Drop by spoonfuls into deep hot fat. Fry until golden.
