Ingredients:
1/2 C. cracker crumbs
1 tsp. salt
6 medium potatoes
4 Tbls. butter, melted
Instructions:
Mix cracker crumbs and salt together. Pare potatoes, wash and wipe dry. Cut in halves and roll in melted butter, then in crumbs. Place in a greased pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
