Ingredients:
8 oz wt sour cream
1 pkg 'Jiffy' Corn Muffin Mix (8½ oz)
1 pkg plain frozen corn,frozen (14oz) , thaw in hot Water, drain
1 can creamed corn (14¾ oz)
2 lg eggs
2/3 cup milk
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a
greased oven-proof casserole dish. Bake at
350-400 F until set, about 45+ minutes.

Options: sauted peppers and/or onion
grated cheese
cooked bacon or sausage
