Ingredients:
570 ml Full Cream Milk
250 ml Sweet Sherry
Soft Brown Sugar
1 Lemon, Sliced
1 tsp Ground ginger
1 tsp Grated nutmeg
Instructions:
1. Cut the lemon into slices and coat with sugar. 2. Boil the milk
and when it froths up add the sherry. 3. Strain out the curd and add
the lemon, ginger and nutmeg.
