Ingredients:
4 cup Cabbage, shredded
2 cup Carrots, sliced
3 cup Potatoes, diced
1 tbsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Sugar
2 cup Water
2 tbsp Butter
4 cup Milk
Instructions:
Put all ingredients, except milk and butter, in a pot and cook over
low heat until the vegetables are done. Add the butter and milk and
heat through.
