Ingredients:
6 tbsp Garlic -- minced
6 tbsp Onion -- minced
6 tbsp Dried minced onion
2 tbsp Allspice
1 tbsp Dried ground chipotle
2 tbsp Hungarian paprika
2 tbsp Brown sugar
4 1/2 tsp Fresh thyme -- minced
4 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Ground habanera
2 Lemons -- zest
Instructions:
In a bowl combine all ingredients.
