  Chicken Cacciatore W/Linguini

Ingredients:
4 lb Chicken pieces -- skinned &
Defatted
2 tsp Olive Oil
6 Green Onions
40 ml Garlic -- sliced thin
SAUCE:
6 oz Tomato Paste
1/2 cup Dry White Wine -=or=-
1/4 cup Dry White Cooking Wine
1/4 tsp Pepper
3/4 cup Chicken Stock
1 Bay Leaf
1/8 tsp Sweet Marjoram
1 cup Mushrooms -- sliced
Instructions:
Saute chicken in olive oil, green onions and garlic. Mix together the
remaining ingredients for the sauce. Simmer chicken in sauce 1 hour
covered. Serve with cooked linguini, rice or potatoes or other pasta
