3 tbsp Brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt
3/4 tsp Monosodium glutamate
3/4 tsp Ground tumeric
1/4 tsp Celery seed
1/4 tsp Dry mustard
Instructions:
Combine ingredients and use for marinade for spare ribs and pork.
