Ingredients:
1 cup Bananas, mashed
1 1/2 Eggs
3 tbsp Butter
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 1/2 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa
3 tbsp Sugar
3 cup Bread flour
2 tsp Yeast
3 tbsp Chopped walnuts, optional
Instructions:
Recipe by: Donna Germain - The Bread Machine Book III As with any
bread which derives liquid from the fruit, watch the dough and add
milk or water, if necessary, one Tablespoon at a time, until a nice
round ball of dough is formed.
