Ingredients:
1 qt Chokecherries
1 qt Sugar
1 Fifth gin or vodka
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in glass jar. Shake every day for 30 days.
Drain and bottle. This will taste sweet at first. However, it will
be best if allowed to age
6 months.
