Ingredients:
8 oz Plain yogurt
1/4 cup Vegetable cooking oil
1 Egg
1 cup All-purpose flour
1 cup Enriched cornmeal
1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions:
Beat together yogurt, vegetable oil and egg. Combine remaining
ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased 8 inch square baking pan.
Bake at 400 for about
20 minutes.
