Ingredients:
1 cup Wax beans -- cooked
1 tbsp Chopped onion
1/2 Green pepper -- chopped
3 tbsp Cooking oil
1 1/2 tbsp Flour
1 1/2 cup Tomato juice
1/4 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
Instructions:
Cook onion and green pepper in oil until onion is yellow. Blend in
flour, add tomato juice gradually and cook for 5 minutes. Add salt,
pepper and beans. Heat thoroughly.
