Ingredients:
5 cup Honey-Mustard Chicken with Fettuccine (chilled) (see separate recipe)
1 1-inch piece ginger - peeled and minced, OR...
1 tsp -Dried ginger
1 cup Diced celery
1 medium Cucumber, peeled, - chopped and seeded
2 medium Apples, cored and chopped
Instructions:
Toss all ingredients together and serve.

Each serving provides: 455 Calories; 31.3 g Protein; 72.5 g
Carbohydrates; 5.8 g Fat; 127 mg Cholesterol; 311 mg Sodium. Calories
from Fat: 11%
