Ingredients:
1/3 cup Cider vinegar
1/4 cup Honey-mustard
2 tbsp Golden brown sugar
2 tsp Celery seeds
1 1/2 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Sour cream or plain yogurt
1 medium Head green cabbage, shredded
1 medium Head red cabbage, shredded
1 bunch Green onions, chopped
1/2 cup Dried currants
Instructions:
Whisk first 6 ingredients together. Add may and sour cream and whisk
until smooth. Add both cabbages, green onions and currants and toss
to coat (I'd use a large bowl here). Cover and refrigerate at least 4
hours.
