Ingredients:
1 lb Sliced mushrooms
4 tbsp Olive oil
7 large Cloves fresh garlic, sliced
3 tbsp Chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Saute mushrooms in olive oil, covered, about 15 minutes. Uncover; add
garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Simmer until liquid evaporates. Do
not let garlic brown. Serve and enjoy.
