Ingredients:
7 small Tea bags
12 Sprigs mint
8 cup Boiling water
7 Lemons -- juiced
3 Lemon rinds
2 cup Sugar
8 cup Water
Instructions:
Steep tea, mint and lemon rind in boiling water for 12 minutes.
Remove from water. Add juice and sugar. Strain, then add rest of
water. Makes 1= gallon.
