Ingredients:
2 Herring fillet, pickled, drained
1/2 cup Sour cream
2 Eggs, hard cooked, yolk and white seperated, chopped fine
1 small Cucumber, peeled, halved, seeded, chopped fine
1/2 cup Beets, pickled, chopped fine
1/4 cup Parsley, chopped fine
Instructions:
Arrange fillets side by side on long chilled platter. Make diagonal
cuts 1/2 inch apart through both fillets. Spread sour cream in a
circle around fillets. On border of platter, alternate mounds of
chopped egg white, egg yolk, cucumbers, beets, and parsley.
