Ingredients:
XKGR41A Don Fifield
2 1/4 cup Bread Flour
2 tbsp Brown sugar
1 tbsp Dry milk
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Butter
1/4 cup Bran flakes (4/5 oz)
3 tbsp Toasted bran
1/4 cup Sliced almonds (4/5 oz)
1/4 cup Dried fruit bits (1 2/5 oz)
1 cup Water
1 tsp Dry yeast
Instructions:
Place all ingredients (except liquids and yeast) inside the bread
pan. Add liquid ingredients. Close cover and place dry yeast into the
yeast holder. Select BAKE (LIGHT) mode. Press start.
