Ingredients:
1 tbsp Oil
1 Onion thinly sliced
1 Dried chili pepper, seeded
And chopped
1 Garlic clove, chopped
1 tsp Freshly grated gingerroot
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 10 oz package frozen spinach
Salt to taste
Instructions:
In skillet, over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion and saute until
translucent. Stir in chili, garlic, ginger and cumin. Add spinach and
cook until soft. Add salt to taste.
