Ingredients:
1/2 lb Cream cheese
2 tbsp Icing sugar
1 tbsp Approx. milk or cream
1/4 cup Chopped preserved ginger
Instructions:
In bowl, cream cheese with icing sugar until light and fluffy, adding
enough milk to give consistency for dipping. Mix in ginger. Makes
