Ingredients:
1 lb Ground beef
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 package (1 1/4 oz) taco seasoning
1 cup (4 oz) chopped green
Chilies
1 cup (28 oz) whole tomatoes with
Liquid, cut up
1/2 package (12 oz) tortilla chips
4 cup (16 oz) shredded Monterey
Jack cheese
1/2 cup Sour cream
1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar
Cheese
Instructions:
Cook ground beef and onion unil meat browns and onion is tender;
drain. Stir taco seasoning, chilies and tomatoes. Simmer for 15 mins.
