Ingredients:

MMMMMBEST BREAD MACHINE CB EVER

2 3/4 tsp Yeast
2 1/2 cup Bread flour
3 tbsp Wheat germ
3/4 cup Wheat bran
3 tbsp Powdered milk
1/4 cup Poppy seeds
1 1/2 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tbsp Salt
3 tbsp Grapefruit peel, grated
1 1/2 tbsp Oil
1/4 cup Grapefruit juice
1 cup Water, warm
Instructions:
Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in
order. Set "baking control" at 10 o'clock. Select "white bread" and
push Start. In hot & humid weather, use 1/8 c less water.

Could you make a more nutritious, refreshing commuter breakfast than
thick slices of this bread, either plain or spread with butter, cream
cheese, or marmalade? It also makes an unusual but delicious turkey
or chicken sandwich.
