Ingredients:
1 medium Zucchini
10 fl Oz ff plain yoghurt
1 Clove garlic (or more)
1 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tsp Dried basil
each Salt and fresh ground black
Pepper to taste
Instructions:
Just liquidize the whole lot and serve. It's also great on baked
potatoes.
