Ingredients:
2 cup Olive oil
8 Bay leaves
4 Rosemary sprigs
2 tbsp Dried red chiles (hot ones)
2 Mashed garlic cloves
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients and let stand covered for 24 hours. Decant
oil and store in a cool dark place.
