Ingredients:
3 cup Flour
3/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking soda
2 cup Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 cup Chopped pecans
3 Eggs, beaten
1 cup Vegetable oil
2 cup Mashed bananas
1 each 8 oz. can of crushed
Pineapple
And juice
2 tsp Vanilla
Instructions:
NOTE: Combine ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10
minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
