Ingredients:
32 oz Tomato juice
14 1/2 oz Tomatoes -- pureed
2 cup Water
2 large Potatoes -- chopped
15 oz Garbanzo beans, canned --
Drained
15 oz Kidney beans, canned --
Drained
1 cup Lentils -- rinsed and
Drained
1 large Onion -- chopped
2 tsp Garlic powder
1 cup Red pepper -- diced
1 cup Green pepper -- diced
10 oz Frozen broccoli -- chopped
2 large Carrots -- grated
2 tbsp Dried parsley
2 tbsp Chili powder
1 tsp Dried basil
1 tsp Ground cumin
Instructions:
Combine everything. After bringing to a boil, reduce heat & simmer,
covered, 30 - 45 minutes or until lentils are tender.
