Ingredients:
1 cup Heavy cream
4 tbsp Whisky
4 tbsp Clear honey
1 cup Plain yogurt
2 tbsp Brown sugar
Instructions:
In large mixing bowl beat the cream stiff, then beat in the whisky and
honey until the mixture regains its firmness. Fold in the yogurt and
turn mixture into a serving dish or individual glass dishes. Sprinkle
the sugar over the top and chill overnight before serving.

Serves 4

An effortless, quick and intoxicating dessert, a must for the Piscean
cook, who can make this either five minutes before a dinner arty or
