Ingredients:
2 cup Flour
1/2 cup Cornmeal
2 tbsp Dry mustard
2 tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Celery salt
1 tbsp Pepper
1 tsp Ginger
1/2 tsp Tyme
1/2 tsp Oragano
1 Broiler chicken cut up
Instructions:
Mix all dry ingredients and put in bag. Coat pieces of chicken in this
mixture. Place on greased shallow baking pan and bake in 350 oven
45-60 minutes.
