Ingredients:
1 each Bunch of beets,
1 each Peeled, halved, sliced
1 each Beet greens,
1 each Washed and finely chopped
3 each Stalks celery, diced
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 each Salt & pepper to taste
1 each Lg onion, diced
4 each Carrots, sliced
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Horseradish
1 can Tomato soup
Instructions:
Put vegetables in a large pot with water to cover. Add remaining
ingredients and mix thoroughly. Simmer 2 - 2 1/2 hours, until beets
and carrots are tender. Source: my Lithuanian mother-in-law
