Ingredients:
1 1/2 C. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 C. flour
1 1/2 C. corn oil
2 C. buttermilk
Instructions:
4-5 C. cheap Miller's bran ($.29/#) 1 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 C. raisins, apricots (dried) or
blueberries 1 C. walnuts

Mix all ingredients together. Bake @ 400° for 15-20 minutes.
