Ingredients:
1 lb Sirloin Steak (cut into thin strips)
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Cooking Sherry
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
1 tsp Pepper
1 large Onion
2 Cloves Garlic
Rice for 4
Instructions:
Cut steak into thin strips no longer than 2 inches. Mix all
ingredients (except rice) with the meat. Let marinate 1 hour room
temp. or 2 hours in the refrigerator. Broil until cooked to your
liking. Serve over rice.
