Ingredients:
1 tbsp Plus 1 teaspoon veg. oil
1/2 cup Chopped onions
2/3 cup Bulgur, uncooked
1 1/3 cup Water
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 tbsp Dried parsley flakes
1/16 tsp Dried thyme
1/4 tsp Dried oregano
Instructions:
Heat oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add onions an bulgur.
Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat
to low, and simmer 15 minutes, until water has been absorbed.

Fluff with a fork before serving.

6 mg sod, 0 mg chol
