MMMMMSMALL LOAF

1/2 cup Water
2/3 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 1/2 cup Bread flour
1 tsp Yeast

MMMMMMEDIUM LOAF

2/3 cup Water
3/4 tsp Salt
2/3 tsp Sugar
2 cup Bread flour
1 1/2 tsp Yeast

MMMMMLARGE LOAF

1 cup Water
1 1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
3 cup Bread flour
2 1/2 tsp Yeast
Instructions:
This is by far our favorite dinner bread. It is closer to genuine
"french" breaf than any other recipe we have tried so maybe it is
really Italian bread that we like so much !! From Donna German CB #1.
