Ingredients:
3 tbsp Butter or margarine
5 tbsp Flour
1 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
1 3/4 cup Chicken stock
3 cup Cooked chicken
4 oz Mushroom stems & pieces, can drained
1/4 cup Canned pimiento, finely chopped
8 Puff pastry shells, baked
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients except cheese and the second 1 cup of
croutons in a 1 1/2-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole. 2.
Sprinkle with cheese and the 1 cup of croutons or crushed potato
chips. 3. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 6 to 8 minutes or until
bubbly.
