Ingredients:
2 cans Mexican beans
1 can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 medium onion diced
1 can regular beer-12 oz.
1 pound hamburger
3 Tbls. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
Chili powder to taste
Instructions:
Brown hamburger and onion and drain. Combine with remaining ingredients in crock pot. Cook over MEDIUM setting for 12 to 24 hours. Add chili powder as desired.
