Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef
2 onions cut up
1 can tomatoes
1 can tomato soup undiluted
1 C. cooked rice
Instructions:
Brown beef in skillet and drain. Put browned beef in crock pot, add onion, tomatoes, and soup. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Add hot cooked rice about 20 minutes before serving.
