Ingredients:
1/4 lb. ground chicken
1/4 lb. ground pork
1/4 lb. ground beef
1/4 C. milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 C. bread crumbs
1/2 C. honey
pepper
salt
Glaze:
2 Tbls. hot mustard
1 tsp. garlic, crushed
1/4 C. apricot jam
Instructions:
Mix chicken, pork, beef, eggs, bread crumbs, milk, honey and salt and pepper. Shape into a loaf and put in pan. Mix glaze ingredients together and spread over top of loaf. Sprinkle with additional bread crumbs. Bake in 325 oven for 1-1/2 hours.
