  BAKED APPLE MICROWAVE

Ingredients:
1 apple, about 8 ounces, cored and peeled
2 Tbls. orange or apple juice, unsweetened
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 pinch grated nutmeg
2 Tbls. raisins
Instructions:
Core and peel apple. Place apple in individual glass casserole. Fill center with raisins, and pour juice over raisins. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Cover with wax paper. Bake in microwave on high about 2 minutes. Serve warm.
