  CURRIED TURKEY ON RICE

Ingredients:
1 apple, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 Tbls. margarine
1/4 C. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 to 3 tsp. curry powder
1 C. low fat milk
2 C. cooked turkey, diced
cooked brown rice
Instructions:
Sauté apple and onion in margarine until onion is tender. Stir in flour, salt, and curry powder. Slowly add milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in turkey. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until hot and bubbly. Serve on rice.
