Ingredients:
1/2 C. noodles, uncooked
5 C. tomato juice
4 C. celery, finely chopped
1 C. green pepper, finely chopped
4 C. meat, cooked and cubed
1/4 tsp. pepper, ground fresh
3 tsp. salt, or to taste
1 tsp. diet margarine
Instructions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all ingredients. Turn into a well-greased, nonstick casserole dish. Bake 2-1/4 hours.
