Ingredients:
1/3 C. vegetable oil
2 packets brown sugar substitute
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 C. wheat flake cereal
1/2 C. all purpose flour
1/4 C. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbls. wheat germ
1/2 C. hopped raisins
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbls. water
Instructions:
Mix ingredients in bowl, last adding baking soda dissolved in water. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degrees F. oven for 8 to 12 minutes.
