Ingredients:
4 large onions, sliced
1/4 C. cider vinegar
1/4 C. butter or margarine, melted
1/4 C. boiling water
1/4 C. sugar, or sugar substitute
Instructions:
Slice onions and arrange in a 1-quart baking dish. Mix rest of ingredients; pour over onions. Bake at 300 degrees F. for 1 hour.
