Ingredients:
6 oz. apple juice concentrate
1/2 C. water
Sweet ‘N Low, if desired
2 Tbls. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
4 apples, peeled and sliced
1 uncooked double piecrust
Instructions:
Mix first 5 ingredients. Cook until thick. Slice apples into uncooked piecrust. Pour mixture over apples. Cover with top piecrust. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes. Apples can be sprinkled with one package of Sweet ‘N Low, if desired.
