80 lb Whole hog, gutted with skin
4 lb Head country bar-b-que spice
2 cup Olive oil
2 cup White vinegar
bunch Rosemary sprigs
1 can Pineapple juice, large
1 can Pineapple chunks in juice, l
5 Garlic cloves
1 Head country bbq sauce or
1 Coach's bbq sauce
Instructions:
