Ingredients:
3/4 cup Corn meal
1 1/4 cup Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking powder
2 tbsp Sugar
2 Eggs
3/4 cup Milk
2 tbsp Lard
Instructions:
Sift dry ingredients together in bowl, add milk and melted lard and
beat well. Bake 20 minutes in hot oven.

Note: Hot oven is 400 - 450 F.
